No setup fees and no long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. We earn your business every month through the quality of our work. If you ever need to cancel, just give us 30 days' notice.

We'll let you know if you're approaching your limit. Overages are billed at $50 per additional 50 transactions. If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll recommend upgrading to the next tier — it'll likely be more cost-effective for you.

We use read-only access or view-only connections through your bank's official third-party permissions system. For QuickBooks and Xero, you'll invite us as an Accountant user — which gives us access without sharing your login credentials.

Absolutely. We can migrate you from spreadsheets, Wave, FreshBooks, or any other tool. Our QuickBooks/Xero Setup service handles the migration, chart of accounts setup, and training so you start clean.

We work with businesses across all industries — e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, restaurants, construction, agencies, professional services, startups, freelancers, and more. Our team has industry-specific experience across all of these.

We deliver your monthly financial statements by the 15th of the following month for all plans. Premium clients receive expedited delivery by the 10th. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated for the remainder of the month). Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

We prepare your books to be completely tax-ready and coordinate directly with your CPA. We don't prepare tax returns in-house, but we work with several trusted CPA partners and can make a referral if you need one.

Yes. All data is handled through bank-level encrypted platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, and bank portals). Our team signs NDAs as part of onboarding, and we follow best practices for password management and access control.
