Bookkeeping questions
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. We earn your business every month through the quality of our work. If you need to cancel, just give us 30 days' notice.
We use read-only access through your bank's official third-party permissions system — we can see your transactions but cannot move money. For QuickBooks and Xero, you'll invite us as an Accountant user, which gives us access without sharing your login credentials.
No problem. We can migrate you from spreadsheets, Wave, FreshBooks, or any other tool. Our QuickBooks/Xero Setup service ($300 one-time) handles the full migration, chart of accounts setup, and a training session so you start clean.
Basic and Standard clients receive financials by the 15th of the following month. Premium clients receive them by the 10th. If you ever need a rush delivery, we can accommodate that for an additional fee.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. There's no penalty for changing plans.
We handle that too — it's called catch-up bookkeeping. We'll give you a flat-rate quote to reconcile every outstanding period and bring your books fully current. Once clean, you can roll into a monthly plan. Get a quote at our Catch-up & Cleanup page.
